Our Divisions

RFGL is a $ 30 million company established in the year 1979 as a manufacturer of quality transmission gears, axle shafts, crown wheel pinions and hot forgings. Being completely backward integrated with the state of the art in-house forging facility enables RFGL to deliver products in time with a stringent control on quality in a cost effective manner and above all with short development times which is the biggest challenge in the industry with short product lifecycles and dynamic customer requirements. The company achieves its quality by uniquely performing integrated forging and high precision machining.
The company’s machining facility is strategically located in the state of Himachal Pradesh which has abundant power and other resources and at the same time with a close proximity to steel suppliers thereby delivering value to our customers. The company’s Forging facility is located in the state of Haryana which again over the years has become a hub for the auto component and forging industry enabling the company to have an access to skilled workforce.
The biggest strength of RFGL lies in the fact that all the processes related to the manufacturing of the components are in-house and there is practically no outsourcing of the processes since its inception in the year 1979 which has developed an experience of over 30 years in all these processes making RFGL a force to reckon with. With over 50 qualified engineers working nonstop to meet customer requirements we can assure that any customer associated with us will ever regret of an association with RFGL.
In the constant endeavour to improve the processes and systems, RFGL today has become one of the industry leader in the parts manufactured and enjoying a high confidence level of its customers who are coming forward in a big way to support the future growth plans of RFGL.
