Quality Assurance

The carbon content and grain size are controlled within critical range to provide maximum strength. Induction hardening assures the ability to withstand fatigue, stresses and torsion while providing wear resistance on splines. Magnetic crack detection is done to ensure crack free axle shafts. Static torsional resistance test to evaluate static torsional of the axle shaft under torsional stresses. Fatigue test under pulsating torque to evaluate the fatigue resistance of the axle shafts
