Plant Head / General Manager – Operations
Experience of 10-20 years with Forging and gear manufacturing in PPC, Maintenance, Quality Assurance, Man management, Administration & complete Plant Operations, reducing production cost, rejections and rework by way of improving and introducing new processes. Conducting regular Internal Audits, Root Cause Analysis, Troubleshooting and Reviews, to ensure adherence to highest standards. Spearheading plant activities directing initiatives towards attaining the production targets; handling a team of 350 personnel.
GM / DGM – Design & Development
Experience of 8-10 years in designing & new product development of auto component parts. Handling the entire process of development of new products from benchmarking, Prototyping, design validation, trials & testing and commencing production along with handling related documents & design input / output.
GM / DGM – Marketing / Business Development
Experience of 10-15 years in dealing with OEMs, developing supplier for automobile parts. Explore new potential customers, Market Survey for new product development.
DGM / Senior Manager - Quality Control / Assurance
Experience of 10-15 years in auditing, controlling & approving all the functions of QA / QC Dept. Inspection of products on receipt, in process and at final stage to decide about their acceptability and to aid process control activities.
