MANUFACTURING FACILITIES
The company is equipped with the most modern & sophisticated machinery where gears up to the capacity of 400mm diameter & shafts up to a length of 1500mm can be manufactured to DIN standard class “7-8” with an annual capacity of 2 million units. Axle shafts can be manufactured up to a maximum length of 1200mm with an installed capacity of 3,00,000 units. With respect to Crown Wheel Pinions, they are manufacturer in Gleason format with maximum diameter up to 320mm and a capacity of 50,000 units. The forging unit has its own tool room where all types of dies are made in-house. At present company has over 900 dies being used to manufacture various components to cater to the domestic and export requirements of Heavy commercial vehicles, Light commercial vehicles, SUV’s, Military trucks & tractors. The forging weight ranging onto profile components is between 1 kg to 35 Kg and annual capacity of 25,000 tonnes.
