The company manufactures durable and highly efficient pinions from TISCO.
The pinion thread is specially made on the thread grinder to ensure proper fitting. They are designed for
long terms and offer value by conforming to international safety and environment  standards.  Selective
case hardening is done to impart maximum strength to the pinion to maximize wear resistance.

Quality Assurance
Both crown wheels and pinions are checked thoroughly for high spots that prevents premature failure ensuring a noise-free operation. The backlash is kept within 0.16 - 0.26mm band to keep noise and vibration to a minimum with an accurate interface fit. The bore grinding process ensures perfect interference fit with the differential cage.
